Christmas comes early!

Well, it is that time of year – Christmas comes but once a year and for some it seems to have come early.

The property market always tends to slow down in the lead-up to Christmas and this year it has started early (some agents started in the summer!).

We have seen more headlines coming out about the global economic downturn and we have heard many personal stories of people losing their jobs at this difficult time.

We have decided that this Christmas is going to be a celebration of family and friends and we should take the time off whilst it is quiet to enjoy the festive period properly.

We hope that you all enjoy Christmas and we wish you all well for 2009.
