Spain still Top of the Pops for relocating Brits.

A recent report published by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) has estimated that a massive 3.3million British pensioners could be moving to Spain in the next 40 years.

The attraction of an established property market, excellent healthcare and better weather than the UK means that more British buyers will be considering a move to Spain to add to the existing 5.5million living permanently abroad.

The report shows that Spain is the most popular destination within Europe by a large margin. The nearest competitor to Spain is France although 4 times the number of people choose to live and buy property in Spain rather than France.
