EXCLUSIVE TO TORCAL ESTATES..............
This beautiful village house is a rare find. Not only is it reformed to the hightest standard and with the very best of taste, it also has four terraces to choose from.
What makes this house so special and stand out from the crowd:-
* Located on a dead end road so does not have any passing traffic but there is always a free parking space opposite. * Four terraces: No. 1 - a pretty patio off the living room/kitchen that is stone walled and has Bougainvillea tumbling down to add a vibrant splash of colour. No. 2 - is in full shade and used to be the mule stable - now a fabulous place to dine alfesco. No. 3 - a stone walled area in full sun all day and an ideal spot for a small plunge pool or jacuzzi. No. 4 - the roof terrace that takes in the roof tops of the village and the countryside/ mountain views that surround it. * Side access to the covered terrace (old mule stable) so that you do not have to go through the house. * Quiet location yet a stone's throw to the centre of the village. * Charm, character and history throughout yet immaculate and ready to move into and be enjoyed. * Three reception rooms: No. 1 - the living room with stunning, deep red coloured wood burning stove. No. 2 - the dining room which is a charming and intimate space. No. 3 - an upstairs living room with floor to ceiling picture window that takes in a lovely view of the countryside. * Andalucian kitchen that oozes character. * Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. * Family bathroom is large and has two wash basins. * Digital, electric radiators throughout that heat like central heating. * Wooden windows with shutters throughout. * Terracotta floor tiles throughout. * Wooden beams throughout. * Vaulted or high ceilings throughout. * Space for a plunge pool or jacuzzi if required. * Mains electricity, water and land-line phone with broadband internet available. * Satellite t.v. (UK channels currently).
The historic village of Riogordo is conveniently located for easy access to the coast and Malaga airport yet you feel like you have stepped back in time.
The village has charm on every corner yet also has the amenities expected for modern day living. There is an indoor market selling fruit, veg and fish daily, a 24 hr medical centre, pharmacy, supermarket, numerous little shops such as butchers, bakers etc and a petrol station. There are numerous bar/restaurants to choose from and on the outskirts of the village there is a quality restaurant for a more fine dining experience.
Malaga airport is reached in approx. 40 mins by car and the coast of Torre del Mar is approx. a 25 mins drive.
There are more photos available of this wonderful property and it really does need to be seen to be appreciated. Information
